So here it is, an intro video for the Eyes for Design project. Watch how language is important in setting a clear & effective intention:-)
I must admit, entering into this agreement took quite a bit of letting go from me. For some reason there was a lot of fear about having BodyTalk sessions “done to me”, however it kept lighting up to explore healing my eyes via BodyTalk, and Laura kept asking me to help her create her brand. Interestingly enough, the first thing that came up in the BodyTalk session was a permission (one of the BodyTalk protocols that your body can call upon during a session). The permission was “I embrace my spiritual journey”. This was important because it helped me let go by reminding me that there is no right or wrong decision–life is a game where we live and learn.
Another key thing that came up during the session was a phobia of being exposed. Funny that my intention behind this project was to blog about it and post videos. So please excuse any nervous camera actions in this video–I was still being affected by my phobia! haha.
Also, during the session I felt it in my heart that I am really going to have to want, believe and let myself have restored eyesight. And from watching myself in the video, looks like I’m going to be applying my own medicine to my design brand. This is all going to help me figure out how to express that design is a healing process!
